Automotive Repair and Services
Welcome to Quick Car Service. By bringing your vehicle to our facility located in Fort worth, Texas or utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:Vehicle Repair and Services
- You grant us permission to operate, move, test, and inspect your vehicle as necessary to perform requested services in accordance with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act.
- We will provide you with a written estimate of repair costs and obtain your approval before commencing any work over $100, except in cases of emergency to prevent further damage as permitted under Texas Occupations Code §2301.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and its condition. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information you provide.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem the requested work to be unsafe, unethical, illegal, or in violation of Texas regulations.
Parts and Materials
- Unless you specifically request and approve the use of only new parts, we may use new, remanufactured, or reconditioned parts and materials in the repair process as allowed under Texas Occupations Code §2301.204.
- All parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if any. We provide no additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
Payment and Pricing
- You agree to pay all charges for labor, parts, materials, and any applicable taxes or fees associated with the services rendered in accordance with the agreed estimate or approval.
- Our pricing is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to adjust pricing for unforeseen circumstances or additional work required as permitted under Texas law.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless prior arrangements have been made in compliance with Texas regulations.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the operation of your vehicle after services have been performed, except in cases of our proven negligence.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided or the actual damages incurred, whichever is less, as allowed under Texas law. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
- You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a safe operating condition and complies with all applicable Texas laws and regulations.
General Provisions
- These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quick Car Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Texas law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
